All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood and agree to abide, and be bound, by the following Terms and Conditions. The Retreat accommodation is to a very high standard, however we do welcome prior personal inspections to avoid disappointment. Claerwen Retreat is Smoke Free.
A Deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required for all booking made during the peak season, 24th December - 31st January, with the balance payable on arrival.
Payments can be made with credit card, via direct debit, money order or cheque. Once payment has been received you will be sent a formal booking confirmation.
Payments for direct booking made at other times of the year can be made upon arrival.
Please understand we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking value in case of cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival.

Unless otherwise previously agreed with Management, the number of guests staying in any one accommodation type must not exceed that which is stated on your Booking Confirmation. Exceeding the stated number of guests will result in a termination of your Booking and you being required to vacate the premises immediately without refund of your booking fee.
Additional caravans, motor homes and the erection of tents are strictly prohibited.
Linen and towels are provided in all of our accommodation.
Any additional cleaning expenses will be deducted from your credit card without further notice if the accommodation is found to be left in an unacceptable condition.
Claerwen Retreat is not a pet friendly property. No pets are to be on the property at any time.
